Every day TV and news papers write and discuss about Millions and Billions of dollars .
Lets first we calculate How much a million dollar in Pak Rupees.
1-Million = 1000,000
2-Billions = 1,000,000,000
If we take exchange rate

One US$ = 86 Pak Rupee

 then 1000,000 X 86 = 86,000,000 .Means 8 Karor and 60 Lakh Rupees.
And
One US$ = 86 Pak Rupee then 1,000,000,000 X 86 = 86,000,000,000 .Means 86 Arab Rupees.

So 20 million US$ means Rs 172 Karor ,and this is the price of one F16 Aircraft  .

Is it not a big cost ?
lets check what we can do with this big money if we use it for education/health  of the country .
We can build  350 schools or 200 medium size hospitals .
We can provide 35,000 computers to schools.
When our higher ups  learn that a well educated and healthy nation ,only can protect the country from disintegration other wise USSR was a big power .But  thousands of nuclear arsenals could not safe her from disintegration in 15 stats .
